Renee is a compassionate, intuitive, and detailed licensed massage therapist that has been committed to changing the way people feel and perform through massage since 2002. She refers to her work as “therapeutic deep tissue” which is a nice blend of neuromuscular, myofascial, orthopedic and trigger point therapy.
After working in private practice in Manchester, NH for 7 years she decided to move around the country living in Florida, Wyoming and Colorado working in a variety of settings. This allowed her to work with amazing people from all over the world, from adolescents to elderly, prenatal to elite athletes of all types. Renee loves to travel and had the privilege to work with cyclists in the Pyrenees mountains of Spain and
also spent 3+ months in Thailand/Bali learning thai yoga massage and being immersed once again into different cultures and lifestyles which has allowed for tremendous expansion and growth as an individual and therapist.
Missing her home base, Renee returned back to the east coast
in 2013 and resides on the seacoast, seeing clients from Manchester to Portland. She typically uses essential oils in most sessions to help with pain, soreness or enhance emotions and can also incorporate cupping therapy, rock blades and hot stones.
“My clients have been some of my BEST teachers! I always encourage feedback and will adjust my techniques in order to better serve you. I would love everyone I work with to walk away with a new awareness of their own body” ~Renee
